On the way to Dalton Labs, Jessica was studying the map of the place. It was basically a big skyscraper of a building that had been bought and then turned into a laboratory. She also had a few transcripts of what the company specialized in. Mostly genetic experiments. As she was studying the maps she turned to JJ and said, “Look, there are two ways to get into Dalton Labs.  One is the main entrance the other is the employees only entrance. You need a card to get in that entrance,” with that she held up her newly hacked employee card, “and that is the door I think we should use.”
   “Well, then that’s the door we will use,” JJ said.
   “We should also park in the employees parking garage. A little less conspicuous that way. And we can probably use a computer in there to find out just who has a S clearance card to get us to the lower levels.”
   “Well, it’s gonna be hard if the computers are locked with passwords, considering the fact that the hacker we know is safe in his own little fortress.”
   “Well, maybe he can help from there. He did get us on the payroll, sort of.”
   “Well, he said he couldn’t get us down to the lower levels till we get there, remember? So he’s not gonna be much help. We have to figure out how to go about it,” having said that JJ let his thoughts drift. He thought about his parents and hoped the people after him would realize he wouldn’t go home. That would keep his family safe for now. He also wondered about Matt. He had told the Daltons men he didn’t know JJ or Jessica, but if they dug deep enough they would find out he did, and then Matt and his family would be in big trouble. Wait, he thought, then said, “Jess, try using that thing you do to find Matt and see how he is. Just to make sure he’s okay.”
   “Okay,” Jess closed her eyes and thought about Matt McDowell. Instantly she saw him and her eyes flew open. “He’s dead, someone killed him.”
   “When I get my hands on Quinn he’ll wish he was the one dead. We’re here,” JJ said as he pulled into the parking garage. “Lets scope out the door for a few minutes before going in.”
   The garage they pulled into was a four level parking garage with an elevator access on each floor, it also had a stairwell for those with claustrophobia. There weren’t many cars as it was Sunday and they both hoped this wouldn’t cause any problems. They watched the employees entrance doors for about ten minutes and JJ said, “Okay, lets do this.”
   They got out of the car and JJ locked the car but decided not to turn on his alarm as it might cause undue attention. They walked nonchalantly up to the door, swiped their cards and entered the door. Inside they noticed another door, and thru that door a long hallway, a door on the right was identified as the employees break room, and the two on the left were the restrooms. A few offices were located on past the door at the end of the hallway. When they went thru that door they found a cubicle and ducked inside it to check the map. When they ducked inside, Jessica’s hand rested on a computer that was turned on. She looked at the computer for a second and said, “JJ, check this out,” with that she sat down and started typing in commands on the computer, a few seconds later a screen came up that said, Please enter password to continue, JJ said, “Well, that stops that,” and Jessica typed in a word and it brought up a list of S clearance personnel. JJ’s mouth dropped open, and he said, “Just how the hell did you do that, when did you become a hacker.”
   Jessica smiled and said, “When my hand landed on the keyboard I somehow knew all the passwords typed on it. Its kind of weird but I think it has something to do with that serum. Another power just emerging or something.”
   “Okay, you now have two, and I have one, so when do I get my second gift.”
   They scanned thru the list and Jessica opened another file, stopped by another password screen and bypassed just as easily. It was a file that showed everyone who entered in the employees entrance and who was on the clock, and how long they had been there. She wrote the names of everyone in the company at that time, cross checked it with the S clearance employees and found five names. Andrew Dalton, who was eliminated as a choice since he was looking for them. Dr. Craver, out cause it was him they were looking to get to. Quinn, out for the same reason as Dalton. The other two were Jonas Northwall and Lisa Stonebrook. They located the area where each one worked in and noticed that Lisa’s workstation was a little farther down and Jonas’s was right across from Lisa’s. They both stood up and saw a man get up and walk down the hall. He waved goodbye to an unseen person and said, “Well, I’m outta here. Wife will kill me if I miss our anniversary dinner. See ya Lisa,” and walked thru the door JJ and Jessica had walked thru to get in.
   JJ said, “So, how do we get her S clearance card off of her without her setting off some kind of alarm or something. We can’t kill her, she just works here.”
   Jessica said, “Well, we can go up to her, and use our weapons to scare her into giving us her card.”
They then heard Lisa say, “Glad that assholes gone, now I can go to the bathroom without him bothering my computer and stealing my purse.”
   Jessica smiled, “Or I could follow her into the bathroom and knock her out while you check her purse for the card.”
   JJ smiled and agreed that was a great idea. When Lisa had left Jessica went after her and JJ headed for her workstation to get the card. He rifled thru Lisa’s purse and was about to give up when Jessica showed back up holding up a card with a big blue S on it. She said, “It wasn’t all that hard to knock her out. One smack on the back of the head and out like a light. Used her shoe laces to tie her up and noticed the card on her shirt. Thought it looked like we was looking for and took it.” She picked up the communications device that Kevin had given them and pressed the button, “Kevin, are you there?”
   “Coming in loud and clear. What can I do you for.”
   “We just got an S clearance card. Should get you a modem number shortly.”
   “Good to hear. Will be waiting on that number.”
   “Call you soon with it. Later.”
   They left the cubicle and headed for the door they knew would take them down to the lower laboratories. They used the card to scan thru the door and walked thru. Once thru they ducked into an office and went to the nearest computer. Jessica touched the keyboard and then started typing away while JJ looked for the modem number. He called Kevin and gave him the number and in minutes had located what room Dr. Craver was in. Jessica said, “One problem with that room. It has a fingerprint scanner to open the door from the outside and only Dalton and Dr. Craver can open it. And according to this security camera, Craver isn’t alone. He’s got a guard with him so opening it from inside is out.”
   Kevin said, “That is a problem, if your not a hacker. However, I am, so you have nothing to worry about. Just let me know when you are outside the door and I’ll open it up for you.”
   “Will do.”
   “By the way, we are now square, you held up your end of the bargain, now I can cause some havoc anytime I want. So you guys don’t owe me a thing.”
   “That’s good to hear. As long as you can help us out.”
   “Talk to you when you get to the room.”
   They left the office and followed the hall to the end and stood at a door with a fingerprint scanner and called Kevin. They heard a click and Kevin told them it was unlocked. They walked in and saw the guard turn toward them. JJ flung a throwing knife at him and hit him right between the eyes. The guy fell backwards, his gun falling from his now limp fingers. Dr. Craver turned and looked at the two wide eyed. He threw up his hands and said, “Please, don’t kill me, I’ll do whatever you want just don’t kill me.”
   JJ said, “Put your hands down old man. Tell us about that stuff you put in my drink. Then tell us how to get Dalton off our case.”
   Craver turned pale, realizing why the boy in front of him looked familiar, the girl too, even though they both had on different clothes. Craver said, “Hurry, you must take the antidote. If you don’t the serum may kill you. I’ll run some tests,” he was interrupted when the door opened and in walked Andrew Dalton. He stepped to the side and they were surrounded by a dozen armed soldiers.
   Dalton said, “Drop your weapons and put your hands on your head and we can get all this behind us. Don’t and you will take a little nap.”
   JJ started to raise his gun and a dart hit him in the chest. The room started getting blurry and he fell to the floor limp. Jessica raised her gun a little faster and shot one of the guards before getting hit with a dart from another gun. She too fell to the floor limp.
   “Damn you Dalton. Let me give them the antidote before the serum kills them both.”
   “I don’t give a damn about those two. Take a sample of their blood and fix the serum. I want a sample of it before tomorrow morning or else. Do you understand me doctor?”
   Craver glared at him and nodded.
